Gather with friends for a light catered breakfast and then enjoy a designer-led tour with one of our Show House Designers who will provide insight into the designers' work. Afterwards, stroll through our Show House Shops offering a unique collection of gifts and home and garden merchandise.
*Special guest author Franklin H. Levy will be in attendance on April 28 to discuss his delightfully wicked whodunit, Die, Decorator, Die, a novel of murder, greed and interior design.
Style Matters with Karen Carroll - April 30, 2009 8:30 - 11:00 am
It's not about the size of the house, but the amount of style per square foot. Beautiful fabrics and furnishings are the building blocks of any successful room, but it's the art, accessories and creative details that elevate a merely beautiful home into onw that's comfortable, inviting and a true reflection of those who live in it. Editor Karen Carroll shares photographs and design inspiration from the pages of Southern Accents magazine. A Champagne Breakfast will be served and then guests are welcome to leisurely stroll through the house and gardens.
Girls' Night Out - April 30, 2009 6:30 - 9:00 pm
Town meets Country as Broad Ripple Village comes to the Decorators' Show House. Grab a friend and enjoy a girls' night out with fun food and wine from The Corner Wine Bar as well as the latest trends from two of Indy's most fashionable shops, French Pharmacie and Broad Ripple's newest hot boutique, 8fifteen.
An Evening of Design - May 7, 2009 6:30 - 9:00 pm
Music by Tom Duncan fills the air as you enjoy select wine and catered hors d'oeuvres before touring the show house at your own pace. Designers will be in their areas to answer questions and give insight to their work.
St. Margaret's Hospital Guild, Inc. is a volunteer organization committed to raising funds for the services and programs of Wishard Health Services, Indianapolis, Indiana. Projects include the purchase of a mobile mammography van for underserved women, the Haven of Hope which provides services for families of trauma victims, and the EMBRACE program which provides wrap-around services for women with cancer.
